As a service Wollaton Park has many successes, but we also make mistakes. What we believe in is a transparent culture and process in which we commit to sharing our mistakes with you as part of our learning process so that together, we can learn and improve what we do moving forward.

If you become part of the family at Wollaton Park, either as a resident, whether you are long-term, short-term or simply staying for a week or two or as a relative, we pledge to keep you informed at all times and to involve you in decisions.
